Places to Go: Getty Villa

In my second outing of the weekend, Hugo and I, along with Liz (in town from Chicago) headed to Malibu to explore the newly renovated Getty Villa. Stunningly beautiful, it's a place that successfully combines the ancient and the modern, and that makes you want to sit outside and read your book. Small enough to be easily explored in half a day, we nibbled on muffins and cookies at the cafe and soaked up the ocean breeze and sun's rays (which had been rain in Monrovia). An undeniably lovely way to spend a Sunday.

I love your photography. It's amazing clear, crisp and beautiful. I just stumbled on your site and was taken aback at the wonderful pictures on here. I really like the pictures of the soccer game too. They make a normal everyday experience like a little kids soccer game look incredible artistic. Have a great day!
